Toy Library
The Beane Valley Children’s Centre Toy Library is based in the Children’s Centre at Watton at Stone Primary and Nursery School. Please come to the main entrance and ask for the Toy Library during opening times. Toys can also be ordered and collected at our Stay and Play sessions held in other villages and reserved through our online order form on our website. We hope you and your children will enjoy the toys we have in stock.
In order to join, you will need to complete a membership form with your name and address and pay a £3 annual membership fee when the first toy is borrowed. This payment is waived if you are on benefits.
Once you have joined, our range of toys will be available for hire for a small fortnightly charge. All that we ask is that the toys are returned to us in good condition with all the pieces. We do understand that, at times, toys will be broken or lost so please do not worry. Just return all the pieces and we will try to repair or replace it. There is no limit to the number of toys that can be borrowed at any time, but we ask that they are returned in their correct boxes or bags to enable us to prepare them for loan to other members. A picture is enclosed so that you can check that all pieces are included.
Should you have any queries please contact us on the telephone number or email address overleaf. We welcome feedback on our service and would be interested in any suggestions for new additions to the library. However, we are unable to stock very large items due to a lack of storage space.
Please note: we are unable to accept donations of used toys.
