Governance

Strategy and direction for our Children's Centre is provided by the Governance Committee, which is a sub-committee of the Watton at Stone Primary and Nursery School Governing Body.

The Governance committee meets 3 times a year and follows a programme of review and evaluation which includes: setting and monitoring budgets, approving policies, setting aims and objectives, reviewing achievements and taking the lead on the Self Evaluation Process. The majority of members are Governors of Watton school but we also have co-opted members to represent other partners.
